After a couple of relatively calm days, the breeze returns on Friday, adding zest to a sunny day in the 50s in the Wichita area. Early winds in the teens will be out of the east before shifting to the south by afternoon, forecasters say. Gusts could reach 20 miles an hour.
Patchy drizzle is expected in the Wichita area on the morning of Veterans Day, forecasters say, with highs in the mid-50s. South winds will again be in the teens, with gusts pushing into the 20s.
Sunday should be dry and mostly sunny, with highs in the upper 50s.
